Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and training the sales team to achieve high performance and exceptional customer service standards
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and maintaining a sales-focused retail environment
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy of stock records, and assist with replenishment and visual merchandising initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or luxury goods
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and effectively manage a team
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to engage customers and staff
- Professional appearance and demeanor embodying the artistic vision and values of Maison Margiela
- Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the luxury fashion or luxury goods sector. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving commercial performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
