Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving monthly and seasonal KPIs across the store.
- Lead, coach and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional client service and to sustain brand standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, cash handling and POS reconciliations.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory control processes: stock receives, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Execute clienteling initiatives and assist with CRM activities to deepen high-value client relationships and repeat business.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, security protocols and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within luxury or premium retail environments, preferably with responsibility for sales targets and team development.
- Commercially minded with demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume retail setting.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales teams, fostering a service-oriented culture.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within luxury or premium fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or vocational training in retail management, business or fashion preferred.
