Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures
- Act as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand values and culture
- Develop specific management skills by taking ownership of key functional areas including customer service, merchandising, and operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of sales staff and key operational functions
- Manage omni-channel services and initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Perform Store Manager responsibilities in their absence and maintain operational continuity
