Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets
• Communicate and track store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide context and rationale for business results
• Review store schedules weekly to ensure appropriate coverage and payroll management
• Ensure the store achieves expense budgets through monitoring and controlling expense items
• Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting, training, and coordinating store logistics
• Foster an inspiring environment for engagement and learning that empowers team members to realize their full potential
• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of the retail team
• Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups
• Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and engaged team
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with brand values
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment
• Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth
• Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and client loyalty

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele, high-touch service, and clienteling techniques
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and retail POS software
• Passion for luxury fashion, fine jewelry, watches, or lifestyle products
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts
• Financial management experience
• Ethical conduct and ability to lead by example
• Learning orientation and ability to train and teach others
• Leadership skills with comfort having difficult conversations
• Elevated market awareness and networking skills

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 75,000 per annum.
