Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets
- Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele and build strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups
- Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service standards
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members whilst providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with brand values and company policies
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment
- Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and premium store presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify improvement areas and drive business growth
- Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and client loyalty
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of luxury clientele, high-touch service, and clienteling techniques
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and retail POS software
- Passion for luxury fashion, fine jewelry, watches, or lifestyle products
