Omega: CFC watchmaking production apprenticeship in Bienne, Switzerland. Three-year program beginning August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master all stages of watch movement component assembly for all types of timepieces
- Perform functional and aesthetic quality control on movements and finished watch products
- Execute maintenance, revision, and repair of current and vintage watches, including complete restoration and rehabilitation
- Contribute to the precision manufacturing processes fundamental to haute horlogerie production
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory schooling
- Solid foundation in mathematics and technical drawing
- Age between 15 and 25 years old at time of application
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor control
- Superior visual acuity and focus
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision-oriented mindset
- Methodical work approach with capacity for sustained concentration and perseverance
- Independence, reliability, and demonstrated initiative

Experience
No prior professional watchmaking experience required; applicants should demonstrate aptitude for precision craftsmanship and technical learning.
Education
