Role & Responsibilities
- Develop foundational competency in watchmaking production techniques and precision assembly
- Participate in the manufacture and assembly of mechanical watch components under supervision
- Learn quality control and inspection procedures to ensure adherence to Omega's exacting standards
- Work across multiple production departments to gain comprehensive understanding of horological manufacturing
- Support production team members in day-to-day manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Successful completion of lower secondary education (obligatory schooling)
- Swiss apprenticeship eligibility or equivalent qualification
