Omega apprenticeship in watchmaking production (EFZ) in Biel, Switzerland – three-year programme starting August 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire technical competencies in watchmaking production under the EFZ (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis) apprenticeship framework
  • Operate precision machinery and hand-finishing tools under supervision
  • Participate in assembly, regulation, and quality control of mechanical watch components
  • Contribute to manufacturing workflows that uphold Omega's standards of precision and craftsmanship

Qualifications

  • Completion of obligatory Swiss compulsory education (minimum 9 years)
  • Valid work permit or Swiss citizenship
  • Manual dexterity and strong spatial reasoning
  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) or equivalent
