Omega watchmaking apprenticeship in Bienne, Switzerland – CFC industrial methods program starting August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of precision watchmaking and horological craftsmanship under expert mentorship
- Master industrial methods and techniques in watch assembly, regulation, and quality control
- Develop practical skills in mechanical timekeeping systems and haute horlogerie standards
- Participate in all phases of watchmaking production, from component fabrication to final assembly and testing
- Contribute to maintaining Omega's legacy of precision engineering and innovative timepiece development
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in Watchmaking or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in technical drawing and mechanical systems understanding
- Demonstrated aptitude in precision manual and technical work
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of mechanics and watchmaking principles.
Education
Completion of compulsory Swiss education (or equivalent) and successful passing of watchmaking apprenticeship entrance requirements.
