OMEGA Watchmaking Apprenticeship, Biel, Switzerland: 4-year industrial watchmaker training program starting August 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Learn and master precision watchmaking techniques and industrial manufacturing methods
  • Assemble, adjust, and regulate watch movements and components under expert guidance
  • Maintain meticulous quality standards consistent with OMEGA's global reputation
  • Collaborate with experienced master watchmakers and cross-functional production teams
  • Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop proficiency in specialized tools, equipment, and horological technology

Qualifications

  • Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent
  • Demonstrated aptitude in technical subjects, particularly mathematics and physics

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) or French
