OMEGA Watchmaking Apprenticeship, Biel, Switzerland: 4-year industrial watchmaker training program starting August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and master precision watchmaking techniques and industrial manufacturing methods
- Assemble, adjust, and regulate watch movements and components under expert guidance
- Maintain meticulous quality standards consistent with OMEGA's global reputation
- Collaborate with experienced master watchmakers and cross-functional production teams
- Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop proficiency in specialized tools, equipment, and horological technology
Qualifications
- Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent
- Demonstrated aptitude in technical subjects, particularly mathematics and physics
- Manual dexterity and precision-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
- Ability to work systematically in a structured manufacturing environment
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) or French
