Omega Watchmaking Apprentice (AFP) in Bienne, Switzerland – two-year horological production programme starting August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble watch movements and components with precision and adherence to quality standards
- Calibrate and test mechanical watch movements for accuracy and performance
- Maintain and operate specialized watchmaking equipment and tools
- Perform quality assurance inspections on finished movements and assemblies
- Follow technical documentation and manufacturing protocols
- Contribute to production workflows and meet departmental targets
Qualifications
- Completed mandatory education (lower secondary school)
- AFP apprenticeship contract with employer
- Ability to work with precision and attention to technical detail
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Commitment to learning horological techniques and quality standards
