Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure OMEGA products are displayed to the required standard across the territory to maximise sales.
• Improve brand presentation at points of sale by securing additional display space and enhancing product displays.
• Monitor online merchandising on retailer websites and social media channels.
• Support OMEGA marketing activities at or related to points of sale.
• Optimise the in-store and online visual representation of OMEGA according to brand guidelines, and develop creative solutions to maximise brand exposure.
• Support new SIS installations and refurbishments at every stage, liaising with retailers, brand management, local contractors and OMEGA headquarters.
• Supply approved points of sale with display materials, including displays, SIS furniture, signage, clocks and other relevant materials.
• Implement Head Office marketing activities at points of sale to maximise brand visibility and support sell-out, including gaining display space, bespoke merchandising, brand materials and OMEGA SIS.
• Monitor each point of sale for OMEGA brand image, competitor activity and stock issues that hinder appropriate brand display.
• Monitor OMEGA’s image on retailer websites and identify unauthorised use of the brand across the territory.
• Submit regular, detailed reports with data and photographs to Head Office on the status and development of each point of sale.
• Provide guidance to maintain correct brand presentation.
• Participate in creating and implementing bespoke shop windows in liaison with Head Office Marketing.
• Monitor the condition and wear of OMEGA point-of-sale materials.
• Communicate with the local TAM to share stock information for each point of sale.
• Build relationships with retail staff and present new product launches and collections in line with marketing guidelines.
• Manage in-store ranges and stock to ensure appropriate rotation and visibility across all product lines.
• Schedule retailer visits at times convenient for the retailer.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products.
• Plan effectively for active accounts and maximise the productive use of available merchandising hours.
• Maintain informative, up-to-date filing systems and complete required report forms.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of territory retailers, including sales performance, stockholding and competitor activity.
• Build close working relationships with the Head of Marketing, Brand Manager and OMEGA Brand teams, maintaining regular communication about each retailer.
• Provide consistent, regular feedback on market and competitor information and escalate stock and product issues to relevant departments.
• Maximise OMEGA display opportunities against competitors and relay relevant competitor activity and information to Head Office.
• Support new store openings and attend customer evenings or events where appropriate.
