Omega Transport Services Coordinator role in Bienne, Switzerland. Fixed-term contract, 1 year, managing fleet operations and executive transport.
Role & Responsibilities
- Transport goods using multiple vehicle categories in Switzerland and abroad
- Coordinate and participate in setup and dismantling of exhibitions internationally
- Provide driver services for clients and members of senior management
- Perform general vehicle maintenance and fleet upkeep
- Manage transport service scheduling and logistics planning
- Maintain professional presentation and customer service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driving license (Category B mandatory, Category D1 preferred)
- Proven experience in transport operations and fleet management
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and travel frequently including weekends and evenings
