Omega (Swatch Group) seeks Store Manager in Paris to lead retail operations, sales performance, and team management in a luxury watch boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and support team achievement of commercial targets
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions and supervise cash handling, fund transfers, and banking operations
  • Manage post-sale client relations and resolve complaints with documented escalation protocols
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team with focus on scheduling, performance monitoring, and annual evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, security protocols, and brand presentation standards
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and physical security of merchandise including safe-kept and displayed pieces
  • Maintain administrative and accounting records, including commission processing and tax-free transaction documentation
  • Monitor KPIs and report activity and results regularly to regional management
  • Enforce visual merchandising, brand standards, and service excellence protocols across all store operations
