Omega seeks an experienced Store Manager for its flagship Paris boutique. Lead luxury retail operations and drive sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Oversee daily operations of the Omega boutique, ensuring impeccable presentation and standards
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ensure product availability across all collections
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clients and implement clienteling strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Omega brand standards and Swatch Group policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and assistant managers
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store aesthetics
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a store manager or senior retail leader in luxury goods, preferably watches or fine jewelry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and VIP relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of luxury watch markets and horological terminology an asset
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L statements

Experience
