Role & Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate Omega timepieces to prospective and existing clients with comprehensive technical and design knowledge
- Conduct consultative needs assessments to identify appropriate watch selections aligned with client preferences and requirements
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the brand's premium positioning and service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up and engagement
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current collections, technical specifications, and horological innovations
- Assist in visual merchandising and boutique presentation to reflect brand prestige
- Process transactions and manage client documentation with accuracy and professionalism
- Contribute to a collaborative boutique environment that reflects Omega's heritage and values
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury watches or horology
- Proven retail or sales experience in a premium environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
