Omega is hiring a Sales Representative for its Zermatt boutique, Switzerland — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reinforces Omega’s brand values and drives sales conversion.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM record-keeping.
  • Achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs, including unit and revenue objectives for watches and accessories.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and technical features; present timepieces with confidence and accuracy.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle boutique cashing and reconciliation according to procedures.
  • Manage merchandising, visual presentation and stock handling to ensure boutique presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Support boutique events, product launches and after-sales requests; liaise with service teams for repairs and warranty matters.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or high-end timepieces.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to build trust with discerning clients.
  • Organised, detail-oriented approach to stock control, merchandising and POS procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak holiday periods; willingness to work irregular retail hours.
  • Multilingual ability is advantageous; willingness to learn product technicalities and brand heritage.

Experience

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Zermatt, Valais, Switzerland, with easy access to Bern.
