Omega seeks a Sales Representative for its boutique in Zermatt, Switzerland — deliver exceptional client service and drive luxury watch sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through attentive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Advise clients on Omega timepieces and related products, demonstrating deep product knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements, complications and collections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and conversion of walk‑ins to clients.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, accurately process payments and returns, and maintain cash handling and POS reconciliation standards.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product placement and daily housekeeping.
- Support inventory control: receive stock, perform stock counts, replenish displays and report discrepancies to management.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to manage warranties, repairs and client enquiries, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Participate in boutique events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer‑centric mindset with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a luxury retail environment and to work in a metrics‑driven setting.
- Professional appearance and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (right to work / valid permit).
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watch sales, preferably within a boutique environment or premium brand setting.
Education
Secondary school completion; vocational training in retail, sales or watchmaking (technical schooling) is advantageous but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Zermatt, Valais, Switzerland, with easy access to Geneva.
