Omega Sales Representative in Bangkok, Thailand. Luxury retail role with 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the buying process, including product selection and post-sale support
- Achieve monthly sales budget targets
- Maintain the boutique in a clean and luxurious atmosphere
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, stock reports, and reconcile all payment methods with daily turnover
- Operate the POS system and Retail Management System to process all sales transactions accurately
- Monitor and audit stock levels daily, including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales
- Conduct customer reservations and manage waiting lists for unavailable products
- Ensure watches and fine jewelry are secured in vaults after store closure
- Deliver excellent post-sale service and handle customer complaints
- Manage spare parts inventory for after-sales service
- Update clients on new product arrivals and relevant information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- At least 3 years of professional experience selling luxury products
- Expertise in luxury sales techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in customer service and complaint resolution
- Proficient with POS and Retail Management Systems
