Omega (Swatch Group) is hiring a Sales Representative in Bangkok. Join a luxury watch boutique role focused on client service and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized sales service to clients in a luxury boutique environment, driving transactions and building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Omega collections and technical watchmaking features to advise clients and close sales.
- Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio through active clienteling, follow-up, and CRM usage to generate repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance metrics and KPI reporting.
- Operate boutique point-of-sale systems, process payments and returns, and ensure accurate sales transaction records.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and stock display in line with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and reconciliation; assist with receiving and tagging of new merchandise.
- Provide after-sales service coordination and liaise with service centres to ensure excellent client care and retention.
- Represent the brand at local events and client appointments, including evenings and weekend activations as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Deep interest in and aptitude for horology; demonstrable product knowledge or willingness to undergo technical training.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Strong commercial acumen and a measurable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays; able to travel locally for client appointments and events.
- Legal authorization to work in Thailand.
- Fluent English; Thai language skills advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in high-end retail or luxury watch sales with a proven record of achieving sales targets and building a loyal client base.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in hospitality, retail, marketing or a related discipline is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
