Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and communicate technical and stylistic details with confidence.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and CRM updates with accuracy and discretion.
- Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising meet brand standards; assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Support boutique marketing initiatives and client events, including private viewings and VIP appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium goods sales, ideally within watches or jewellery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric orientation.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; ability to work an 80% schedule.
- Right to work in Switzerland; bilingualism or strong language skills are advantageous for a cosmopolitan client base.

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique sales; prior exposure to watches or jewellery retail strongly preferred.
Education
