OMEGA Luxury Timepieces seeks experienced Sales Associate for Brookfield Place boutique in New York. $21–$26/hr + commission. Luxury retail expertise required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury retail environment that reflects OMEGA's brand heritage and values
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across OMEGA's entire collection, articulating the distinctive characteristics, technical specifications, and heritage of each timepiece
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through memorable experiences that provide insights into OMEGA's history and craftsmanship
  • Meet and exceed individually assigned sales objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of client service
  • Develop clientele through both direct clientelling efforts and professional networking activities
  • Maintain detailed client records documenting preferences, purchase history, and aspirations to facilitate personalized future service
  • Provide specialized after-sales support and product maintenance guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Assist colleagues in executing the boutique's sales protocols and team-based selling initiatives
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of documented luxury retail sales experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within a luxury retail environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and articulate technical product specifications and horological concepts
  • Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling approach
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules throughout the week, including weekends as required
  • Local Miami applicant preferred

Experience

The ideal candidate possesses 2–5 years of progressive luxury retail experience, with a demonstrated track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. The successful applicant will have proven ability to establish rapport with high-net-worth clientele, articulate complex product features, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 26 per hour.
