Omega Brookfield Place Boutique seeks a sales professional with demonstrated excellence in luxury retail to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales across its prestigious timepiece collection. The successful candidate will cultivate enduring client relationships through personalized service, comprehensive product knowledge, and consultative selling that honors Omega's storied heritage in precision and innovation. Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a welcoming, sophisticated retail environment that reflects Omega's luxury positioning
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Omega's complete timepiece range, articulating distinctive characteristics and technical innovations
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through personalized engagement, product consultations, and memorable brand experiences that communicate Omega's heritage and craftsmanship
  • Execute clientelling strategies to identify client preferences, document milestones and purchase intentions, and facilitate future engagement
  • Develop new client prospects through systematic networking and outreach initiatives while expanding the existing client base
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales objectives through consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Provide post-purchase support and maintenance guidance to foster long-term client loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members on sales execution, boutique protocols, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to rapidly master the features and history of fine watchmaking
  • Demonstrated negotiation and consultative selling capabilities
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the week
