Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment that reflects OMEGA's brand heritage and values
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all unique timepieces and their distinctive technical characteristics, ancestry, and heritage
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable, personalized experiences that educate and inspire
  • Utilize expansive training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a gratified and loyal client base
  • Provide exceptional and special experiences to all clients through personalized service and attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas
  • Deliver the highest level of client service through personalized contact regarding product maintenance and care
  • Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships; maintain detailed records of client preferences, milestones, and purchase goals
  • Assist team members in the sales process in accordance with established boutique protocols
  • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through consistent networking and outreach initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
  • Exceptional selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
  • Elevated ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats
  • Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of OMEGA's timepiece collection
  • Demonstrated negotiation prowess and consultative selling abilities
  • Passion for the art of selling and client relationship building
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week, including weekends
  • MS Office proficiency is highly desirable

Experience

2–5 years of relevant luxury retail sales experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry sector. A proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers is essential. Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; however, the ability to rapidly acquire technical knowledge of haute horlogerie and Master Chronometer specifications is required.
