Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury retail environment that reflects OMEGA's prestigious brand identity
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the complete range of OMEGA timepieces and their distinctive technical and heritage characteristics
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships by delivering memorable experiences that communicate the brand's ancestry and craftsmanship
  • Engage and inform clients through comprehensive training techniques to develop a gratified and loyal clientele
  • Exceed individual and team sales objectives while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Provide personalized client service through ongoing product maintenance support and proactive outreach
  • Develop both prospective and existing clients through strategic clienteling, networking, and relationship management
  • Maintain detailed client records documenting preferences, purchase history, and future aspirations to facilitate personalized experiences
  • Support team members in executing the boutique sales process according to established protocols
  • Expand the existing client base and identify new prospects through targeted networking and outreach initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of demonstrated luxury retail sales experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
  • Proven track record of achievement with prior luxury retail employers
  • Exceptional selling capabilities and customer service acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude for learning the nuances of mechanical and precision watchmaking
  • Demonstrated negotiation expertise
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules throughout the week
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Experience

Candidates must possess 2–5 years of progressive luxury retail sales experience, ideally within the timepiece, fine jewelry, or haute horlogerie sectors. A proven history of longevity with prestigious luxury brands and a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets are essential. Exceptional aptitude for building and maintaining high-net-worth client relationships is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or luxury retail management is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 28 per hour.
