Role & Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate OMEGA's luxury timepiece collections to prospective and existing clients
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized consultations and product expertise
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge spanning men's, women's, and specialized collections
- Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and boutique objectives
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury watches and horology
- Proven retail or luxury sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred; experience in watches, jewelry, or high-end consumer goods is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in horology or luxury retail is a plus.
