Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in line with Omega’s luxury positioning; cultivate long-term relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across Omega collections, movements and brand heritage to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, invoicing and returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate clienteling and CRM activities: capture client data, schedule follow-ups and support post‑sale service.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld; assist with window and in-store displays.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and periodic inventories with strict attention to security.
  • Coordinate with after-sales service and workshop teams to assist clients with servicing, warranties and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or luxury sales experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or premium accessories is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Comfortable working to sales targets and motivated by commercial KPIs.
  • Ability to manage transactions accurately and adhere to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; readiness to work in a boutique environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, ideally 1–3 years in a luxury environment; experience with watches or fine jewellery is an advantage.
