Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Omega products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide detailed information to clients.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and organized to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
- Proficiency in handling sales transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
