Sales Assistant at Omega Munich boutique – luxury watch retail role on Maximilianstraße, 1-year fixed contract, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise national and international customers on the purchase of premium watches and jewelry collections, ensuring positive shopping experiences through proactive consultation
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently through the CRM system in a customer-centric manner
- Participate in networking activities and contribute to the development of local and international client relationships
- Maintain strict adherence to appointment schedules and execute quality objectives with full commitment
- Participate actively in local customer events and brand activations
- Ensure professional product presentation according to company guidelines, oversee optimal inventory management, and maintain warehouse organization
- Serve as an active brand ambassador for Omega
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical, commercial, or watchmaking discipline
- Professional experience in premium retail environments
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills advantageous
- Polished personal presentation and strong teamwork orientation
