Omega Milan seeks a Sales Assistant (part-time, temporary) at Via Monte Napoleone. Luxury timepiece retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with product inquiries and timepiece presentations
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain boutique visual standards and product displays
- Support the sales team in achieving boutique targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer service protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury customer service experience
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Professional demeanor and grooming standards
- Ability to work flexibly within a part-time schedule
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique, or high-end customer service environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
