Omega boutique Florence seeks full-time Sales Assistant with 2-3 years retail experience. English fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales experiences that reflect Omega's luxury positioning and brand values
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Achieve sales targets through identification of client needs and professional product recommendations
- Manage boutique organization, stock levels, and back-office administration to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation standards throughout the point of sale
- Provide comprehensive post-sale support and after-sales services to enhance client satisfaction
- Adapt communication style and approach based on client profile and situational context
- Execute shift-based scheduling flexibly to meet boutique operational requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven luxury or premium retail experience as a Sales Assistant or equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and adapt interaction style accordingly
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness
- Proficiency with core IT systems and demonstrated comfort with technology adoption
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable retail experience in a luxury or premium segment, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion retail. Prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Associate, or equivalent client-facing role is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
