Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their horological preferences and requirements
  • Present Omega timepieces and communicate their technical features, heritage, and value proposition
  • Process sales transactions accurately and professionally
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Support inventory management and stock monitoring
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
  • Strong knowledge of horology or willingness to develop deep product expertise
