Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning international clientele, with particular focus on Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proactively engage visitors, qualify needs and convert opportunities to achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and deepen product knowledge across Omega collections, complications and brand heritage to advise clients authoritatively.
- Manage transactions and client records accurately using the boutique’s POS/CRM systems; ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to global brand standards; manage stock replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
- Coordinate after-sales inquiries and liaise with service teams to ensure seamless client experience and follow-up.
- Participate in in-store events, trainings and commercial initiatives to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and Italian — fluency in both spoken and written communication is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within KPI-driven retail environments.
- Availability to work a retail rota including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
- Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience within the luxury sector, ideally in watches or high-end jewellery; demonstrable experience engaging Chinese-speaking clients is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is advantageous.
