Omega Sales Assistant position at Rome Fiumicino Airport boutique. Full-time luxury retail role with native English and Chinese required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales experiences and fulfill customer aspirations in a luxury retail environment
- Manage client relationships and provide comprehensive pre- and post-sale support
- Achieve company sales objectives through strong commercial focus and customer orientation
- Maintain the boutique shop floor, back office, and stock organization to brand standards
- Uphold and communicate the premium positioning and visual identity of the Omega brand
- Adapt communication and interaction style based on individual client profile and situational context
- Work rotating shifts as required by boutique operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and sales orientation
- Advanced problem-solving capability
- Proficiency with core computer systems and strong technology aptitude
- Native or fluent command of English and Chinese languages
- Flexibility and availability for shift-based retail scheduling

Experience
