Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑calibre client service consistent with Omega’s brand standards and boutique experience.
  • Proactively welcome and convert clients; achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to cultivate repeat business and long‑term relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, advising clients on watch features, technical specifications and after‑sales care.
  • Process sales transactions and returns accurately using the boutique point‑of‑sale system; perform cash handling and reconciliation as required.
  • Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, including window and in‑store displays, stock rotation and housekeeping.
  • Support inventory management: receiving, labelling, stock counts and reporting discrepancies to store management.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to ensure timely handling of warranties, repairs and client enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, anti‑money laundering and internal control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a demonstrable customer‑service orientation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and polished presentation appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly and communicate complex details clearly to clients.
  • Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Experience
