OMEGA Paris seeks Sales Advisor (CDD) for luxury boutique. Retail, client relations, visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and guide customers through the entire purchasing journey in-boutique, remotely, or during special events
- Execute retail transactions in compliance with established procedures, manage cash reconciliation, and process VAT refunds
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up and participation in loyalty and communication initiatives
- Set up, refresh, and dismantle window displays; regulate, inspect, and service exposed timepieces to brand standards
- Ensure the presentation standards of the sales floor, display fixtures, and counter areas are consistently upheld
- Manage client files and documentation; prepare and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns
- Oversee merchandise receipt, movement tracking, and consignment management; contribute to operational continuity as needed
Qualifications
- Commercial training or qualification (CAP through Bac+3 recommended)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to high-end technical products and luxury heritage
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, proactive energy, and collaborative team approach
Skills
Experience
Successful prior experience in sales, ideally within luxury, horology, fine jewelry, or premium retail sectors.
Education
Commercial training or diploma (CAP to Bac+3 recommended).
