Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales expertise to high-net-worth clients within the luxury watch segment
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Execute point-of-sale transactions while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Present Omega timepiece collections with comprehensive product knowledge and heritage context
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while upholding brand positioning
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high-end clienteling
- Fluency in French and English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and aspirations
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, watch retail, or high-end client-facing roles is preferred. Experience within the Swatch Group portfolio brands or comparable Swiss watchmakers is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (baccalauréat or equivalent); further training in horology, luxury retail, or hospitality is valued but not mandatory.
