OMEGA in Short Hills, NJ seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver luxury timepiece sales and elevated client service at its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and drive sales of luxury timepieces.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of mechanical and quartz watches, movements, and complications to advise clients and close transactions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, clienteling, upselling, order processing and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window presentation and product placement in line with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process payments and manage inventory controls and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support in‑store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, liaising with service centres for repairs and warranty processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of success in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods or watches.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric approach.
  • Professional grooming and ability to represent a high‑end luxury brand.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
