The Retail Sales Associate supports sales, client relationships and store operations across OMEGA’s four Paris points of sale, adapting to team needs and maintaining a consistent, high-quality client experience. The role covers sales, CRM, visual merchandising, watch presentation, stock and administrative procedures; it is a permanent CDI position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and guide clients throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Complete sales and contribute to the commercial objectives of the stores.
  • Identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable products and complementary sales.
  • Develop and retain clients through personalised follow-up.
  • Follow up on client enquiries and after-sales service cases.
  • Update client records and participate in the brand’s CRM initiatives.
  • Represent OMEGA’s values and image to local and international clients.
  • Work across the brand’s four Paris points of sale—Champs-Élysées, Saint-Honoré, Sèvres and Champs-Élysées—to maintain business continuity, reinforce teams as needed and ensure a consistent, high-quality OMEGA client experience across the network.
  • Adapt quickly to the specific requirements of each point of sale and team.
  • Support business continuity during absences, peak trading periods and exceptional openings.
  • Support store teams in implementing commercial operations and in-store events.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices across points of sale.
  • Help install and maintain window displays in line with brand standards.
  • Set, check and wind displayed watches.
  • Receive and inspect merchandise.
  • Participate in stocktakes and stock management.
  • Maintain the quality of product and sales-floor presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Maison’s visual merchandising and image standards.
  • Process payments in accordance with current procedures.
  • Assist with tax-refund processing and routine administrative operations.
  • Track merchandise receipts, stock movements and client cases.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the points of sale where the associate works.
  • Follow the security and internal-control procedures applicable at each point of sale.

Qualifications

  • Commercial training, from CAP to Bac+3 recommended.
  • Significant experience in luxury watchmaking and/or jewellery.
  • Proficiency in premium sales and client-service standards.
  • Interest in technical products and the world of watchmaking.
  • Adaptability, autonomy and mobility across OMEGA boutiques.
  • Fluent English is essential; any additional language is highly valued.
