OMEGA London Boutique seeks Retail Sales Advisor to deliver luxury watch consultations and client experiences in prestigious Regent Street location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales consultations and product expertise to boutique clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining the brand's premium positioning and service standards
- Present OMEGA's watch collections with comprehensive knowledge of technical specifications and heritage
- Process transactions and maintain meticulous administrative records
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or high-end environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge and passion for horology or luxury goods
- Professional presentation and demeanor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience in a luxury, premium or high-end retail setting, preferably involving watches, jewelry or similar luxury goods.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or sales qualifications advantageous.
