OMEGA is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor in London (Regent Street) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at the Regent Street boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service to clients in the Regent Street boutique, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement, personalised recommendations and clienteling.
  • Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of OMEGA collections, movements and after‑sales services to advise customers confidently on technical features and fit.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups and the boutique CRM to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising, presentation standards and stock accuracy to reflect brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately, and liaise with after-sales and service teams to resolve client enquiries.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and basic stock control.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Fluent spoken English; additional language skills an advantage (preferred, not required).

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or watches/jewellery; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
