OMEGA seeks a Retail Sales Advisor for its Edinburgh boutique. Premium watch brand role with emphasis on client service and luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client service and product expertise across OMEGA's watch collections
- Drive retail sales and meet performance targets within the Edinburgh boutique
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Present product features and heritage with professionalism and sophistication
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's horological innovations, including anti-magnetic technology and Master Chronometer certification
- Support boutique operations and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or horology
