OMEGA seeks a Retail Sales Advisor in Edinburgh. Join OMEGA at Multrees Walk to deliver luxury client experiences and drive watch sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to luxury customers, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Provide expert product advice and demonstrations of OMEGA timepieces, movements and technical features.
- Manage clienteling activities: maintain and develop the client base, follow up on leads and appointments, and document interactions in CRM.
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal accurately, process transactions, handle returns and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment are maintained.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with in-store events, VIP appointments and after-sales service coordination with watchmakers and service centres.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for meeting sales targets in a retail or luxury environment; experience with watches or jewellery is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury boutique.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Legal entitlement to work in the United Kingdom.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or premium accessories; transferable experience in hospitality or high-end retail will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail, hospitality or customer service are desirable.
