Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales expertise to clientele seeking fine watches and luxury timepieces
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining OMEGA's premium brand standards
- Educate customers on watch mechanics, craftsmanship, and the brand's iconic heritage
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy
- Maintain impeccable retail presentation and store standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods or premium brands
- Deep knowledge of watches, horology, or timepiece technology (desirable)
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities and sales acumen
- Ability to work flexibly within retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, timepiece sales, or high-end customer service environments strongly preferred.
Education
