Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distribution channels in alignment with OMEGA brand strategy for the NY/NJ region
  • Oversee territory management including selling activities, inventory control, merchandise presentation, account servicing, and cooperative marketing
  • Service and manage national, regional, and independent retail accounts
  • Conduct comprehensive product training on all OMEGA aspects at retail locations
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and annual budget projections
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance market penetration
  • Propose and execute promotional events and initiatives in consultation with regional management
  • Negotiate case space and implement strategies to increase in-store visibility and sell-through rates
  • Maintain regular communication with Director of Wholesale regarding account status and performance metrics
  • Prepare forecasts, sales analyses, and comprehensive reporting on regional activity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of wholesale sales experience in luxury goods (jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, perfume, or timepieces)
  • Proven track record of success with national and regional retail accounts
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills across all stakeholder levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve budgetary targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resourcefulness and creative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
