Omega seeks a Product Management Leader in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead product development strategy and mentor a high-performing team in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership to the Product Management team, coordinate activities, and support Product Managers in their daily execution
- Manage and oversee the watch product portfolio, ensuring comprehensive visibility of project advancement and priority alignment
- Coach and challenge Product Managers throughout product development lifecycle, from project definition through industrialisation
- Identify and anticipate risks, dependencies, and blocking points, coordinating necessary resolution actions
- Ensure quality and reliability of Product Management reporting to the Head of Product and Product Committee
- Maintain and enhance operational excellence within Product Management through process optimisation, tools deployment, working methodologies, and tracking standards
- Represent Product Management and ensure close collaboration with Technical Office, Industrialisation, Quality, and Supply Chain departments
- Actively participate in product development coordination forums including approval tracking, industrial submissions, quality oversight, industrialisation milestones, and key project gates
- Mentor, develop, and inspire Product Managers; foster autonomy and cultivate a demanding, collaborative, results-oriented team dynamic
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in Product Management and product development within an exacting industrial environment
- Degree from a management school, engineering school, or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of product development and industrialisation processes with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
