Omega (Swatch Group) is hiring a Mobile Sales Advisor in Paris for a 4-month contract. Serve clients across boutiques and drive luxury watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused sales across multiple retail locations and pop-up events within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling and proactive outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs; drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Represent the brand with impeccable visual presentation and product knowledge; ensure window and in-store merchandising standards are met.
  • Provide product demonstrations and expert guidance on mechanical watch features, care and after-sales service.
  • Manage stock transfers, inventory checks and point-of-sale transactions accurately; report sales activity and market feedback to retail management.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in luxury watches, jewelry or premium accessories; experience with multistore or itinerant selling is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent verbal communication in French; professional English advantageous.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to travel between boutiques across the Paris region; valid driver’s licence or reliable transport preferred.
  • High standard of personal presentation and strong client-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and report to regional retail management.
