OMEGA is hiring a Luxury Sales Associate in Dallas, TX to deliver high‑end client service and sell premium timepieces at its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience in the boutique, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Actively sell OMEGA collections by demonstrating deep product and technical knowledge of timepieces and movements.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
  • Achieve and report against individual and store sales targets; follow up on leads and manage reservations and appointments.
  • Operate POS and payment processes, handle cash and sales documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to support repairs, warranties and client inquiries.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards and participate in product training and retail briefings.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury watches or jewellery (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail in client interactions and cash handling.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
