Omega seeks a Luxury Sales Advisor in Madrid to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales for the Swiss watch brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised sales experience that reflects Omega’s luxury positioning and brand standards.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and CRM activity to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Omega’s mechanical watches — complications, Co‑Axial escapement and Master Chronometer features — and translate technical detail into accessible client benefits.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team objectives and boutique performance.
- Manage daily boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock handling, POS transactions, and accurate sales administration.
- Coordinate client appointments, boutique events and pre/post‑sale services, collaborating with after‑sales and service teams when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, security and brand presentation protocols; escalate service or warranty issues to after‑sales specialists as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail performance in luxury goods or premium watches; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and cultivate high‑value clients.
- Superior interpersonal skills with polished, discreet client service and consultative selling techniques.
- Strong technical aptitude for mechanical watch movements and willingness to undertake brand product training.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism consistent with luxury boutique environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of frontline experience in luxury retail or watch boutiques, with a track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or horology and formal watchmaking/after‑sales training are advantageous.
