Omega seeks a Luxury Sales Advisor in Madrid to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales for the Swiss watch brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised sales experience that reflects Omega’s luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and CRM activity to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Omega’s mechanical watches — complications, Co‑Axial escapement and Master Chronometer features — and translate technical detail into accessible client benefits.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team objectives and boutique performance.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock handling, POS transactions, and accurate sales administration.
  • Coordinate client appointments, boutique events and pre/post‑sale services, collaborating with after‑sales and service teams when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, security and brand presentation protocols; escalate service or warranty issues to after‑sales specialists as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail performance in luxury goods or premium watches; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and cultivate high‑value clients.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with polished, discreet client service and consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong technical aptitude for mechanical watch movements and willingness to undertake brand product training.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism consistent with luxury boutique environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
