OMEGA is seeking a Luxury Keyholder to help lead boutique operations, oversee selling and staff, support revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role requires at least three years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry, and offers $28–$32 per hour plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in leading retail operations, managing selling activities, and supervising staff.
- Help build revenue and operational excellence.
- Perform boutique opening and/or closing procedures.
- Liaise with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence and on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product range and its distinctive characteristics.
- Build enduring client relationships through memorable experiences that share insights into OMEGA’s heritage.
- Use training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a satisfied and loyal client base.
- Represent the Manager’s vision and ensure policies and procedures are upheld.
- Train others in various areas of the business.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Relevant luxury retail sales experience and a keyholder or supervisory background.
- A proven record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Ability to build revenue and operational excellence.
- Ability to learn the technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32 per hour.
